A Tenancy Report searches our rental history repository to determine whether an applicant has a Gold Star rental history, damaged property or owes rent to a social housing or private sector rental housing provider, and is compiled from public records and contributions by member Landlords.
Credit Report
Equifax or TransUnion Credit Reports contain details of a consumer's credit history, including credit card payments, loan payments, bankruptcies and collections. Fraud Detection and Scoring are also available for each report.
Criminal Report
A National search of criminal records filed under the Criminal Code of Canada. Includes pending cases as well.

Get the full picture. Order a Tenancy Report and a Equifax or TransUnion Report.
Combination 2 Credit Report
Credit Reports from both Equifax and TransUnion. Detailed reports of a consumer's credit information including bankruptcies and collections. Fraud Detection and Scoring also available.
Combination 3 Report
Includes reports from Rent Check, Equifax, and TransUnion with detailed records of a consumer's credit information including bankruptcies and/or collections. Fraud Detection and Scoring are also available. In addition, a search of our rental history information where a hit will provide you with a Tenancy Report will contain details about previous rental history.
